Vacuum servo drives with

In order to transmit rotary motion in vacuum vessels, ALMA also offers drive solutions in which a standard high-performance motor is combined with a magnetic fluid seal. This drive is the optimum solution when the vacuum system application requires low rotational speeds, high torques and high axial loads.
It goes without saying that our vacuum servo drives are available in either hollow-shaft or solid-shaft versions and provide the well-known benefits expected from ALMA products, for example our maintenance-free ALMA magnetic fluid. High-performance cooling systems can also be integrated.
