These rotary feedthroughs are ideal for applications involving high axial loads combined with low rotational speeds and high output torques. The figures given are approximate values, which can change if one of the other parameters varies. In this case, we will recalculate these figures according to your specification.
The ALMA flange has a highly flexible mounting geometry for both the substrate carrier on the vacuum side and the drive design on the atmospheric side.
